[Scorecard] schedule last two Scorecard meetings

Hello all,

It's time to schedule our last couple of team meetings for the  
Scorecard project.

Watershed Health Scorecard technical review meeting on Dec 4, 5, or  
8. This is a meeting to iron out remaining technical issues in the  
Technical Reports, based on your review of the latest drafts. Not  
more than 3 hours, at the SEC offices in Glen Ellen. Please indicate

Watershed Health Scorecard last review meeting during the last week  
of January. This is our last chance as a group to discuss changes  
before the Scorecards, Scorecard Reports, and Technical Reports are  
made final. No more than 3 hours, at the SEC offices in Glen Ellen.
