Clarification on Dry Season Flow:  Rainer is following up with Andy
Collison (PWA) on the prospects for April-June flow as an indicator,
rather than June-Sept flow.  Bob will wait for the results of that
conversation before doing anything further.  
 
Plans for further follow-up were not completely clear to me.  I suggest
that Rainer, Caitlin/Deanne & I evaluate what he finds out and consider
next steps.  I can make myself available to work on this right away, if
it looks like we want to restudy the metric looking at different
portions of the overall flow record.

Clarification of the very last point in the notes-- DWR will do an
outflow budget for the City of Sonoma not the Sonoma Creek watershed.
