[Scorecard] draft Technical Reports

Dear all,

 

Attached please find the late-breaking dry reaches metric to support the dry
season flow indicator.  My other writing assignments appear to be mostly
introductions to the indicators and I would like to hold off on writing
those until the indicators themselves are firmed up and fleshed out.  

 

I'm really impressed with everyone's work and look forward to her conference
call on Friday.
