[Scorecard] Latest Tech report drafts & getting ready for Dec 4 meeting

Dear all -

I was appointed interim executive director after Mike Connor's decision 
to become General Manager of the East Bay Dischargers' Association.  
Mike is moving on after propelling the Institute  into a new era and 
establishing it as a regional  hub for information and science support 
to government agencies, watershed stewardship groups, and other 
stakeholders. My attention will be focused on helping our Board during 
this transition period and filling in behind Mike until we have a new 
leadership team on board.  Kat will be more involved in the Score Card 
project than I during the final wrap-up stage.  I won't disappear, but 
you'll likely see less of me...
