[Scorecard] New task deadlines

I would suggest that the last two items in Task 5 be extended through July
and the Draft Scorecard Content in Task 6 extend through August or
September.  Calculating the individual indicators will take us through June,
as we discussed in our call,; after that aggregation and index scoring still
need to be done which take us into July.  I will be out of the country from
June 21 through July 10.  The draft scorecard that will be sent out for
review needs to hang together and I expect the back and forth on that will
take us through August.
