How about Thursday 2-3, a more merciful 1-hour meeting? That seems to  
be the sweet-spot for those who replied.

Alex and I are planning to work in 2- or 3-person sessions to get as  
far as we can with the data crunching, and then report at these all- 
partner meetings. I encourage you to do the same- don't hesitate to  
call me up to chat, and our conference line is at your service if you  
need it. Ask me for the moderator code and I'll send it to you.

I'll be out until next Tuesday, so I hope we have a date. I think at  
least getting as many of us on the phone that day would be great, so  
don't worry too much if you can't make it- the point is to make  
incremental progress and we will be getting together again very soon.
