[Scorecard] meeting notes, next steps!

Hello Everyone,

We had a good discussion about the groundwater storage indicator- see  
minutes on the website. That indicator is working out very nicely,  
thanks to Chris, Bob, and Alex's hard work.

I made a few small edits to the Project Timeline Chart and the  
Indicator Table, and they are on the website. I also posted Chris  
Ferrar's protocol for analyzing groundwater data. We are on track with  
our modified deadlines, as long as we do some nice work on the  
drafting of the scorecard products (Task 6.2) by the end of the month.

Next Steps:
- Scorecard Structure Meeting
Frances and Deanne (Caitlin is on vacation) are meeting at Napa RCD to  
work on a draft framework for the Technical Reports, One-Page  
Indicators, and the Scorecard itself. Our plan is to set it all up and  
then give out assignments for writing and editing of the pieces, and  
help with the graphics. We hope this will enable us to see what we  
have and what we still need, and provide a structure for getting help  
from all of you.

- Project Team Meeting
When would we like to meet in person again? I suggest we get the draft  
materials out for some feedback first. Perhaps a date in late August.  
I will set up a Doodle scheduler to get us going.
