[Scorecard] submitting your data and metadata

Hello all,

Previously I'd said that you'd be getting instructions from Pat here  
at SEC about how to submit the data and metadata behind your  
indicators and scores. However, based on her and Alex's experience  
working through his data, they've decided that Alex will be in touch  
with each of the indicator and index authors individually to go  
through the process. Having him work with each of you should help us  
get all the information we need, and only the information we need,  
and reduce the likelihood of having to re-do the process.

So, Alex will be in touch with you over the next several days.  
Briefly, you'll need to provide information about data sources, how  
you processed this data, the results of the processing, the data that  
generated the figures in your section, and the scoring breakdown you  
used.
